As soon as we get payment and your information, we start forming your Wyoming LLC.

To file your LLC we only need:

• Your Company Name
• Your Personal Mailing Address
• Your Email

How long?: 1 week

Once your Wyoming LLC has been officially formed, we apply for an EIN application (Employer Identification Number). This number is required to get a bank account.

Not a U.S. Citizen? No Problem. A U.S. Social Security Number (SSN) is not needed to secure an EIN.

How long (with SSN)?: 1 week
How long (without SSN)?: 2 - 6 weeks

Once the IRS issues your EIN, it's time to apply for a U.S. Bank Account. A Passport from your home country is required for this step. We will connect you with great banks who work 100% remotely (or you can bring your own).

How long?: 1-2 weeks

Once your bank account has been established, we'll help you connect it to your payment processor (Stripe or Paypal). Start accepting payments and saving in U.S. Dollars. We will be here to provide the supporting documents you need.
